HOW ARE THE ITEMS SENT? CAN WE TRACK?

All items are sent via Royal Mail, normally we offer track and trace in the UK, but due to Covid 19 restrictions we want to protect our customers so have stopped track and trace to limit the interactions with people you don't need to.  We don't know who is shielding and who isn't.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND ON UNWANTED ITEM/S?

Any unworn, undamaged item can be refunded. Please return within 14 days of receipt too; Concrete Junglists, 57 Mountjoy Avenue, Penarth. CF64 2SY.  Please could you include a note stating you would like a refund, your email address and order number.

CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE ON UNWANTED ITEM/S?

Any unworn, undamaged item can be exchanged. Please return within 14 days of receipt to; Concrete Junglists, 57 Mountjoy Avenue, Penarth. CF64 2SY.  Please could you include a note stating you would like an exchange, your return address and the name and size of the item you would like to exchange for.

I HAVEN'T HAD A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

We aim to send as little emails as possible, to not clog your inbox with unnecessary junk. All items are shipped on the next available shipping day, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.  All items are sent First Class Tracked (UK) & Royal Mail International for the rest of the world. *Tracked when possible.

WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION TEE GET SENT?

The money for the subscription gets taken the same day you signed up every month.  So if you signed up on the 14th February your payment will get taken on the 14th Mar/Apr/May recurring until you stop it or email us to stop it.  The tees will then be dispatched within one/two days following.

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Of course, we ask for a minimum of three months (so three tees worth) of half price tees and then you can cancel at anytime by either logging into your Paypal account or email us at info@concretejunglists.com.

WHERE ARE THE T-SHIRTS MADE AND PRINTED?

Continental Clothing are our supplier of off the rail items such as tees, most hoods and sweatshirts with most production taking place in Bangladesh, although Turkey & China make some of the more specialised pieces. They are a social conscious company, they were the first company in the world to calculate the carbon footprint and place the Carbon Reduction Label on textile products. The t-shirts are printed locally to us in Tiger Bay, by Visible Art, we have been working with them for over fifteen years.  Visible Art have taken all the steps to ensure that the good work of Continental Clothing gets carried over into the print work shop.  Solar powered electricity, recycled water and earth positive inks.  The whole process is geared to serving you garments that have minimal impact to the earth and cultivates communities and great working relationships with their staff all the way down the chain.
