A year ago my brother lost his wife Miffy (Myfanwy) and it's been a tough year, but I am so proud of the way he has handled himself. Their daughter Frankie has had the dad she has needed throughout this awful time. We were given an extra ten years with Miffy as her sister Angharad donated her a kidney so that she could have the extra time before she passed away. This year my brother and me will be running a half marathon in honour of MIffy. He has also roped me into a charity Ice Hockey tournement (I've never played so I have to thank him for getting me to play one of the most brutal sports on earth against ex professionals as a less than amateur, at 46 years old). During both horrible tasks we will be raising money for Kidney Wales. This is my way of hoodwinking you into giving me money for charity, by disguising it as a t-shirt purchase. I hope it has worked and we can make Kidney Wales a lot of money and we get spread the Miffy design around the world.
 
If you must you can witness both, the Ice Hockey match is on June 6th in Cardiff Ice Rink.  The half marathon is in October sometime, in Cardiff (I don't want to really think about it yet).
